Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is processed for CoreForged Journal, a private experimental journaling service operated by the registered A2P brand owner, Corey Phipps, and used only by its owner.
Information processed
The service may process the allowlisted mobile number, SMS message content, journal drafts and saved entries, conversation history, message identifiers, delivery information, timestamps, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
Information is used only to authenticate the allowed user, receive and deliver messages, generate journaling prompts and drafts, save approved journal entries, retrieve entries, prevent duplicate processing, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service from unauthorized use.
Service providers
Twilio processes phone numbers, SMS content, and delivery information to provide messaging. Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services process application data and journal conversations to host the service, generate responses, and store approved entries. These providers process information to supply services on Corey Phipps’s behalf and are not authorized by this policy to use mobile information for their own marketing.
Mobile information and consent
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers acting solely to deliver the messaging service.
Mobile numbers, SMS consent records, and opt-in information are not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to the owner’s use of the service. Message and data rates may apply.
Retention and deletion
Journal entries and related account records may be retained while the service is active. Messaging providers may retain operational records according to their own service policies. The owner may request deletion of stored journal data by emailing the contact address below.
Security
The service restricts access to a manually allowlisted mobile number and uses technical controls intended to protect stored information. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the experimental service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
